Rights Respecting School
At Trinity St. Peter's we pride ourselves on how we place our pupils at the heart of all we do; providing them with a broad, current and relevant curriculum. As part of this, our pupils are taught about their rights and their responsibilities that come with these rights. The children understand it is their responsibility to act upon these rights and the adult's role to ensure they are delivered.
Each class displays both the Rights of the Child and the articles selected by our school Kindness Committee to form our whole school charter.
Due to the importance of these rights and the school's vision being for all our children to become caring, global citizens, we have been accredited with the Bronze Rights Respecting School status - an initiative run by UNICEF UK.
