Nursery - Autumn 2 - Week 6

We have had yet another fantastic and very busy week in Nursery!

We hope you enjoyed watching our Sing-a-Long performance’s. The children have worked incredibly hard learning all of the songs and we are so proud of them all as we are sure you are too. What super stars they are!!

We have also been entertained by our class Elf who has been up to mischief in the classroom. The children have been excited to see where he is hiding every morning and what story he has brought for them to share together. It did take the children a little while to think of a name for the Elf but after a class vote they decided on Olaf!

The children have started to learn all about Christmas and the importance of this special time. We have talked about advent and how this is a special time to prepare for this special day. The children have also been very busy making cards and gifts to bring home for their families and are getting very excited.

On Friday the children were treated to a multi-sports PE session from ‘Star Sports Academy'. This helped the children to build up agility, balance and co-ordination and then they gained an introduction to basketball, cricket, football, golf and many other sports. The children had a lovely time and really enjoyed this.

Please can you ensure your child has a warm coat, hat and gloves in school at all times and that it is clearly labelled with their name, thank you
