Year 4 - Summer 1 - Week 5
Date: 19th May 2025 @ 1:59pm

An incredible term with our fantastic Year 4 class! Here are our highlights:
- We have continued to sing our Tuesday mornings away with Mr Mannings from Liverpool Cathedral in preperation for our Big Sing Event.
 - Our parents were blown away by our performing showcase of Matilda! Singing, dancing and drama all perfected with the help of Mrs Whitehead from FHS - Thank you!
 - We had the most amazing trip to see King of Kings at the Odeon Cinema. The popcorn went down a treat.
 - Visiting St. Peter's Church, we attended a Euchartist Service and found out so much more about our church and how the service is structured.
 - With the sun shining, we have taken many opportunities for outdoor learning this term.
 - Our English story brought inspiration to create our very own non-chronological reports all about sloths!
 - In Geography, we have found out some incredible facts about rainforests and understand the layers that make up these areas of tropical climate.
 - Art has been a wonder of creation, using spy holes to highlight areas of pattern and oil pastels to emphasis aspects of our images.

Our Virtual Classroom for the Summer 2 term is attached, alongside a wealth of resources on our class Google Classroom, should you wish to complete any additional home learning over the break.
